1、转让。为了顺利获得商标注册，或者为了尽快拥有注册商标，申请人有时会与“闲置商标”的注册人协商转让。与申请注册相比，转让程序更加快捷，权利状态也很明确。如果注册人愿意放弃自己对商标的所有权，可以考虑将闲置商标有偿转让给他人。
